You would not believe what I'm eating for dinner. A salad (greens, a few chunks of walnuts and slivers of almonds, and a dash of feta cheese), followed by a banana.

Triglycerides. *sigh*

That sounds really good to me. And I'm not being sarcastic. Are your triglycerides elevated?
Yup. So I have to quit TV dinners. Actually, I won't do that, since I only shop every two weeks, and salad fixings don't last that long. But I'll at least cut the TV dinners in half!

Everything else but the triglycerides is normal, though. :)
Sounds yummy to me, too ... but I'm weird that way :) Hope they level out for you -
Add some craisins and it's actually a really good salad. Baby green leaf is the best for that combo.
